Hire a Room

Contact us if you wish to hire a room, or the entire venue, for a one-off or regular event.

Please provide details of your event, the date and time required. 

If there is availability, then a Hiring Form will be sent to you for completion and return.

If you wish to view the premises before booking, then please contact us to arrange a visit.

The Hall is open 7 days a week with the exception of the dates below: 

  • Bank Holidays - Monday 4th May, Monday 25th May and Monday 31st August 2026

  • Christmas and New Year - Monday 21st December 2026 to Sunday 3rd January 2027

Standard Conditions of Hire

Hiring Rates

Prices are in £ per hour (parts charged at full hourly rate) to include time taken to set up and vacate the

premises.​

Cancellation Policy

If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event a cancellation charge will apply:

  • Greater than 4 weeks – no charge

  • Greater than 14 days, but less than 28 days – 25% of hiring fee

  • Greater than 1 day but less than 14 days – 50% of hiring fee                 

  • Less than 24 hours – 100% of hiring fee
