Colbury Memorial Hall is open 7 days a week except:
~ Christmas and New Year (Monday 21st December 2026 to Sunday 3rd January 2027)

Hiring Rates
Prices are in £ per hour (parts charged at full hourly rate) to include time to set up and vacate the premises.
Cancellation Policy
If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event a cancellation charge will apply:

Greater than 4 weeks – no charge

Greater than 14 days, but less than 28 days – 25% of hiring fee
-
Greater than 1 day but less than 14 days – 50% of hiring fee
-
Less than 24 hours – 100% of hiring fee
